What our clients say

  • I have recently purchased a condo in the San Bernardino area and I would like to share my experience as a buyer using Seisin Realty Group, Inc. and their Agent, Theresa Gutierrez. First of all, I want to compliment Theresa for her Professionalism throughout the process. Unfortunately, the lender I used turned out to be very unprofessional, lax on returning phone calls and preparing information and documents. Theresa stayed diligent at her job to keep my transaction moving forward by going above and beyond her job. She made many more phone calls than should have been necessary on her part, she represented me very well by keeping the sellers up to date on the delays that were out of my control. She was very diplomatic in keeping all involved in communication even when nothing new had come through, just to touch base. As for me, Theresa was very instrumental in keeping me informed as well as interested in the purchase during the most difficult times of this transaction. If it hadn't been for her knowledge and determination in the process, this sale would have been lost. I would definitely use and recommend this agency again.
  • Words cannot express how hardworking and diligent Theresa Gutierrez is as a real estate agent. I could not ask for a better person to have in my corner. She spent a large amount of time on the phone with me explaining all of the disclosures, answering my questions and educating me about the buying of a home. If anyone is looking for an honest, patient, hardworking, knowledgeable real estate agent, Theresa is your go to person. She was communicative and dependable throughout the entire process. Theresa was always on top of the paperwork. During my times of stress, she kept me calm. Buying a home is not easy but she made the experience pleasant for me. In addition, Theresa also recommended a lender, Jeff Anderson from Network Funding who is just as phenomenal as Theresa. I am blessed to have found both a real estate agent and a lender who I can trust. To this day, I continue to look to both of them for guidance as I adjust to being a first time homeowner. Thank you Theresa for all you do to help people become proud homeowners. You are a true Professional. I would and will recommend Theresa to anyone person wanting to seek out a real estate agent Brenda Marie Starkins
  • I was looking for a rental property and Theresa really got the job done! She emailed me properties and worked with me for over a month and never gave up. I am now in a beautiful condo and very happy.
  • I want to thank Theresa Gutierrez with Seisin Realty Group from the bottom of my heart for her determination to help me find a home to lease. She had her work cut out for her because my husband is in a wheelchair which makes finding a home that works for us a huge challenge. She never gave up, and I am telling you we looked at a whole bunch of houses. Well, it paid off, and we signed our lease on the perfect house for us just last week. Theresa, you are one awesome agent, and I seriously cannot thank you enough! I am looking forward to working with you in the future when we start looking to buy. YOU ROCK!!! I highly suggest working with this company and you will not be let down. I am one completely satisfied customer!

2017 Housing costs for Californians

While many financial experts suggest that housing costs should be in the area of 1/3 of Income, this simply isn’t realistic for most Californians.  Comparing a 1980-2000 historical housing average to today’s average shows the burden Californians are under to provide a roof over their head. For Renters, today’s average costs ranges from a high […]
